This app, the Home Theater Controller, allows for easy control of select Yamaha Home Theater Systems using your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. It offers a range of key features that enhance your home theater experience.

The app provides basic function control, such as volume adjustment, input selection, and setting mode selection. Additionally, it offers auto/manual sound beam adjustment for the YSP-2500 model and precise sound beam adjustment for both the YSP-1400 and SRT-1000 models. You can also easily select different surround modes, expanding the choices beyond the included remote control.

To use the app, make sure to establish an active BLUETOOTH wireless connection between your Yamaha sound bar and your mobile device.

The Home Theater Controller app supports several Yamaha models, including YAS-108, ATS-1080, YAS-207, ATS-2070, YAS-107, ATS-1070, ATS-1520, ATS-1030, ATS-1050, ATS-1060, YAS-152, YAS-103, YAS-203, YAS-105, YAS-106, YSP-1400, YSP-2500, SRT-1000, SRT-700, SBS-100, HTY-250, YRS-1500, and YRS-2500. Please ensure that your mobile device meets the iOS version requirement of iOS 9 or above.

Rest assured that your privacy is protected when using this application. It will never collect or externally transfer personal data stored on your smartphone or tablet. The application uses Bluetooth technology to establish a connection and control Bluetooth-enabled devices. It does collect some user-related information through Google Analytics for marketing activities, product planning, and future app development. However, this information does not include personal details and remains confidential.
